2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM PST or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Peak Season Note: During holidays or special promotions, processing may take up to 2 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery

A. Local Delivery (Gilroy & Surrounding Areas)

  • Next-Day Local Delivery: Available for most in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM PST. A perfect way to get your treats fresh and fast!

B. Standard Shipping (Within the U.S.)

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Need to change an order or address? Contact us ASAP—cancellations may be possible if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

  • Since we sell perishable and handmade items, we cannot accept returns unless the product was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.
